I wished upon a star, and my wish came true with Stanley. He was truly one of a kind and my sweet- sweet love.

For 12 amazing years, he gave us unconditional love, laughter, companionship, and beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. Stanley was family, one of the boys. We ate, played, slept, and went on adventures together. He was a part of so many wonderful chapters of our lives.

If you knew Stanley, you knew he had the biggest personality, the sweetest soul, and a way of making everyone feel like they were his favorite person. Allowing others to love him and be loved by him was his true gift and legacy.

Stanley was the absolute best! We will love and cherish him in our hearts forever. 😇🐾💖

Still glowing from the inaugural Rogue Flavor Showcase! 🌿✨

What an incredible day celebrating the growers, makers, chefs, beverage artisans, and seasonal flavors of Southern Oregon.

A heartfelt thank you to @rvfoodsystem, @wildthymeproductions and everyone who helped bring this beautiful event together—and for giving Mobile Mix & Mingle the opportunity to be part of it.

It was especially meaningful to debut my new Botanical Spritz Syrups, crafted with organic herbs from Verdant Phoenix Farm. Thank you to everyone who stopped by Bar Celona, tasted SOL, VERDE and ROSA, shared feedback, and encouraged this next chapter of Mix & Mingle. Watching SOL sell out was such an exciting moment!

I left feeling inspired, supported, and excited about the connections and possibilities ahead. Here’s to celebrating local farms, local makers, and the flavors growing right here in the Rogue Valley.

Tomorrow, Mix & Mingle will be pouring 100% non-alcoholic botanical sodas and zero-proof spritzes at the Rogue Flavor Showcase.

Come taste small-batch syrups featuring Citrus Verbena, Lemon Verbena, Mint + Spearmint, Lemon Balm and Rosemary—crafted with fresh organic herbs from Verdant Phoenix Farm and paired simply with bubbles and tonic so the botanicals can shine.

Third of three June recaps… Believe in a little magic. 🌿

June wrapped up with one of my favorite events of the season~
The Glide Sasquatch Festival.

We took the Sasquatch theme and went all in. Bar Celona transformed into a woodland apothecary filled with botanical cocktails, forest-inspired artwork, fresh greenery, and a touch of Sasquatch magic. Seeing guests stop to admire the trailer for selfies before ordering a drink made every creative detail worth it.

But events like this are never a one-person show—it truly takes a village.

Thank you to Amira and the entire Glide Sasquatch Festival team for helping get Bar Celona parked, settled, and making us feel like part of the festival family from beginning to end.

And a special thank you to Idleyld Lodge for your hospitality, our travel ride to the festival grounds, and making sure vendors were taken care of throughout the weekend. And Nicole, @eventingenuity thank you for being by my side. You really know how to hustle and shine. 💖

June was filled with new friendships, unforgettable festivals, and so many reminders that the best experiences are built together.

The second of three June recaps… Cheers to good company!

Bootleg Festival brought Bar Celona to the Brookings Harbor Boardwalk, where vintage charm, handcrafted botanical cocktails, and great company made for an unforgettable weekend.

A heartfelt thank you to Captain Curry for creating such a one-of-a-kind event and welcoming Mix & Mingle to Bootleg Festival. Thank you, Bree from @cloud_9_cotton_candy_ Cloud 9 Cotton Candy and Nicole (@eventingenuity), for your friendship, encouragement, and for being by my side to help make it all happen. Here’s to many more adventures together.

There was something about this weekend that just clicked—the music, the coastal air, the bootleg spirit, and everyone who came ready to have a good time. It was equal parts swanky, spirited, and unforgettable.

Bluegrass, Blues & BBQ 🌿

The first of three June recaps… Let it BLOOM. 🪻

June was filled with unforgettable moments, and Blues, Bluegrass & BBQ was the perfect place to begin.

This event wasn’t just about serving botanical cocktails, it was about community. I had the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful people, including @wildthymeproductions @roguefoodunites and Rhianna from Verdant Phoenix Organic Farm. Those connections planted seeds that continue to bloom, reminding me why I love creating drinks inspired by the beauty of Southern Oregon.
