Earlier this month news broke that the government of Tchad had ended all contracts with African Parks Network, effective immediately. And while nothing about this was about me, I was worried and sad for our friends who lived in Zakouma National Park and have worked so hard for over a decade to make this place safe and prosperous. Luckily a few days later, long days in N’Djamena no doubt, new collaborations were proudly presented.
