I had a great day at @2brospro_events trained by JP International Pro qualifier. What an amazing standard and met some amazing people, amazing venue and a great crowd supporting their family and friends.

@1_bropro ran an amazing show and made everyone feel at home. @justin_mr_jt took time out of his day and made me feel very welcome.

Last but not least, @ifbb_pro_tylersmith for being a top lad and keeping me company. Well done to all, exemplary work.

So i dont like these pics, but i will share a post for reference. This was 2017.
Prepped for this on my own in 3 months.
Didn't have a proper offseason and trained alone. I had the best condition in the class and took a trophy home, but not the one i wanted.

I am looking at this as a judge, I can see what work needs to be done.

Narrow clavicles , more delt, back meat... more upper mass in general.

Legs, more everything mainly hamstring.

Chest needs work. Overall, all i would reward is condition and presentation.

I have figured out my issues. need to add a good 20lbs to this with the same condition.

It's there to be won, I have work to do. I have the right people around me now, and the plans are in place... let's get it!!

So this happened.
Amazing weekend being called up as one of the best judges in the country to judge the @nabbaofficial2025 british finals 2025.
Started with NABBA september 2024 and passed my papers at the Mr Universe.
I am honoured to be part of one of the most diverse, interesting, and genuinely fun lovely teams I've ever known. Nabba are going places TRUST ME!! WE ARE BACK as the big man @schwarzenegger himself said.

This weekends lesson...balance!!
Great weekend with friends at @lovesavesthedayfestival bristol, Still got the food in, but danced my way through the night.
Met some very special people and had the best , amazing memories, and many more to come.
Next weekend we hit the NABBA british finals, very different week but spending time with some amazing people. LIFE IS GOOD!!!

Quarter turns - seems to be becoming more of an issue. Quarter turns are so we can see how you look from all angles. We appreciate the work immensely, but you need to face the direction you've been directed. We ask politely that you don't turn to face judges. This is aimed at side shots. Politely, of course.

Back at @trojanfitness_bristol today. Training with a new plan set by #mruniverse himself @arwh94, it's an absolutely brutal plan that not many could do, so thanks, lad.

Best session I've had in a while, no more messing around in Pure Gym.

Trained with the mrs. @onlynome, who was amazing and she absolutely smashed it, and we carried each other through. Buzzed to start this new chapter in bristol. Let's make round 2 a better one.

Working hard to be my best self for @nabbaofficial2024 as a newly appointed qualified judge. Let's get back to me!!!
