The Art Free Zone!

During this @berlinartweek at @mahallaberlin @dadara_art and I give visitors a moment of bliss. This is a white space where you can leave all art impressions on the side.

Here you will receive a moment of blank space. White noise and for the artists amongst us just some torture time!

Als strateeg en grafisch ontwerper helpt Iris Kauffman gedreven ondernemers, start-ups en duurzame initiatieven bij het bouwen van een sterk merk. Via diepgaande workshops en interviews zoekt ze naar 'de vraag achter de vraag', om jouw visie te vertalen naar een helder, authentiek ontwerp. Bekijk haar portfolio op www.iriskauffman.com.

Daarnaast begeleidt ze individuen die willen groeien in hun carrière vanuit hun eigen kracht. De vakantie is weer voorbij en ik zit vol energie en inspiratie voor het nieuwe jaar! Tijdens deze vakantie heb ik veel nieuwe inzichten opgedaan over hoe belangrijk jouw roots zijn en hoe je hiermee jouw superpowers en jouw authentieke zelf kan her-ontdekken.

Mijn superpowers heb ik op meerdere manieren en avonturen her-ontdekt en ik kan niet wachten om deze methodes te delen.

Bij deze alvast 1 tip!
Blijf nieuwsgierig!! In spelen en nieuwsgierigheid zit avontuur en daar herken je jouw kracht.

Om jouw hiermee te helpen heb ik besloten dat ik naast mijn gewone branding service voor bedrijven vanaf nu ook meer personal branding advies ga geven voor mensen met grote dromen die meer zichtbaar willen zijn als hun authentieke zelf.

Want hoe meer we als onze authentieke zelf naar buiten komen hoe beter de klant jou leert kennen. Want jij bent immers jouw merk!

Yes!! We found a venue for our new adventure!

After years of working with inspiring entrepreneurs developing brands and stories, I noticed people and companies aren’t that different. So, next to my service of helping sustainable and social companies, I now also start helping individuals by using my branding skills to reconnect with their core values, to remember who they are, and to step back into their authentic selves. Because we all have that superpower in us, we just have to unlock it!

I especially love working with women from 40+ who are considering change in their lives.

Collaboration Makes Ideas Stronger

This post is about collabs. @sheninlebrun, founder of @sisterhoodbyhustleandheart, is one of my favorite clients and a huge inspiration. This month, she asked me to design event gadgets and a magazine for her summit, with just three weeks to deliver. Challenge accepted, and we did it!

So here you can see the magazine, and I’m super proud of it. It’s filled with interviews of women who’ve truly earned their stripes.

I’m also honored to be featured in the magazine alongside my client and collab partner Debbie Tejares from @in_living_colors_ . Interviewing her made me realise we share one mission: helping people connect with their authentic selves. So we decided to work together on this passion.

For years, I’ve built brands by asking the same core questions: Who are you? Why do you do this? How do you want to see the world? What is your story? Those questions matter for companies and for individuals alike.

Driven by these questions and my branding experience, I’m launching a personal-branding venture together with like-minded women to help people show up as their authentic selves. This idea grew from many collaborations, a true win‑win.

End of September, I will organise an event with @secondlevelqueen and @celestial_roots_collective about this topic, so stay tuned.

Today is International Women’s Day
An important day for women everywhere. In Europe we are free and have the possibility to study and make careers. Unfortunately it’s not everywhere on the globe. Not long ago women in Europe had to fight for their rights to be free and I’m happy and grateful they did. ❤️🙏
I wish that in the near future women will be safe and free all over the globe and get the chance to have the same opportunity. We still have a long way to go. But if we raise all together we can bring magic into the world. And I witnessed this power myself. ✨

I was raised with rules that kept me small: be pretty, be sweet, be quiet, and don’t take up too much space. Add the Dutch saying “je kop niet boven het maaiveld uitsteken”, don’t stick your head above the crowd, and it’s easy to stay invisible.

After meeting many powerful women here and abroad, things started to shift. And after joining the Sisterhood Business Club of @sisterhoodbyhustleandheart founded by @sheninlebrun , my mindset completely changed. Here I learned to stand my ground, take up space, and collaborate with smart, like-minded women. Now I love to jump into big adventures knowing they have my back. Women working together create magic, and the world needs some magic.

So, to every woman who thinks she’s not good enough: You are good enough! Believe in yourself, ask your female friends to back you when you take bold steps, and join sisterhood networks — things will shift.

What I was doing in 2025!

Last year was like a whirlwind filled with new adventures and great memories.

Someone asked me what I wanted to leave behind in 2025 and what I learned last year and wanted to bring with me to 2026.

So what I’m leaving behind is the doubt of being good enough and listening to people who say you can’t.

I always had that doubt but thanks to my love @dadara_art I started diving headfirst into the things I like doing. And by doing this I discovered I can do a lot more than I thought and I love it!

So what I bring to 2026 is to keep on jumping into the unknown, standing strong for the people in need and create beautiful projects for our planet and society. 🌿💚

There are many more projects I wanted to show you but this video was getting way too long so stay tuned to see the rest of my projects and adventures. 🔥🔥

Thank you everyone who helped me last year! Without you all it wouldn’t have been possible. ❤️
