Big swimbaits (especially expensive ones lol) deserve a rod built to handle them. The Bailey Swim is my absolute go to, made specifically for throwing swimmers. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time with it in my hands and the backbone, and feel you need to launch big baits, control them, and put big ones in the boat is amazing.

Some offshore urchin greatness! Haven't posted many of these clips... this one is from back in the beginning of July. The wind picked up and positioned some of these biggins in just the same way as the day I caught my first 30 bag but on a completely different part of the lake. So sick. Had almost 28 on this session. Been having a legendary year on the big pond. Truly blessed.

Never even moved my frog!

Sometimes you just put it where it needs to be. Right spot, right color, right time, and the fish did the rest.

Haven't posted in a while. Couple bigs from another 27+ pound day from a few weeks ago. First time giving the BKK Quad Urchin hook a gander and copped some solid specimen. Been having such a great time on the big pond, she's been blessing me every trip. Just out there putting my time in and getting lucky with some quality fish here and there. Truly grateful to have the best lake in the world right here close to me, wouldnt want to be anywhere else. Everytime im in the car heading home im already counting down until I can go back.
