Had the pleasure of meeting and listening to NFL Hall of Fame HC Tony Dungy speak on effective coaching styles that he implemented during his time with Steelers, Bucs and Colts! #ForTheShoe🔵⚪️🏈 #ColtsNation

Some of Dungy’s accolades:
1. Winning Super Bowl 41 as HC of Colts & Super Bowl 13 as a player of Steelers

2. 1st African American HC to win the Super Bowl

It was also a pleasure catching up with some of my former teammates from High School and College taken in Kenan Memorial Stadium by @irongiant_40

IRON-HAWK MENTALITY

Failure is apart of life! But how you handle failure matter more in training the mind and body to not quit!

Weight on the bar is not gonna change and it don’t care if your tired, not feeling good or whatever excuse you can create!

Your either going to quit and give up
OR
Your gonna toughen up and try again
