“Ahhhh, another fitness coach on Instagram.”
Is what I’m sure most of you are thinking right now. And rightfully so.

There are so many coaches out there who are just in it to make a quick buck over everything else. Look, I need to make money to survive. That’s a part of my drive, just like anyone else. But most of these coaches completely ignore the true connection between human beings, straight down to our roots: survival.

We were meant to eat real, whole food like meat, fruit, vegetables, grains, and dairy. And we were meant to work hard to earn it.

Instead, people are so obsessed with creating the “perfect guide to getting in the best shape of your life,” pushing fake shortcuts and quick fixes that usually don’t even work.

I’m not here to sell you some bullshit guide. I’m here to provide you with the mindset, the simple tools, and the drive to execute.

It’s simpler than you think. I built my frame completely naturally by sticking to the basics our ancestors used for survival (plus a little creatine).

Give me a chance. You won’t regret it.
