🥇 1st Place — Masters 35 Classic Physique 🥈 2nd Place — Open Men’s Physique 🥉 3rd Place — Masters 35 Men’s Physique IronManny came to collect some medals! 🏆 What an incredible day. Every early morning, every meal, every workout, every sacrifice, every moment of doubt—it was all worth it. But above everything else, all glory goes to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. 🙏🏼✝️ He gave me the strength to keep going when things got hard, and I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to step on that stage and give everything I had. Three medals. One mission. Keep pushing forward. The battle continues. 🦾🔥 by @ironmanny88
🥇 THE MOMENT FINALLY CAME. The moment I had pictured in my mind for so long finally became a reality. That first-place medal represents so much more than a placing. It represents every workout when I was exhausted. Every step when I didn’t feel like taking another one. Every minute of hunger. Every night of tiredness. Every sacrifice, every doubt, every moment when I had to keep going even when nobody was watching. And standing there with that 🥇 in my hands… it was all worth it. Nothing can take this moment away from me. That Saturday will forever go down as one of the best days of my entire life. Not because of the medal alone, but because of everything it represents and everything God brought me through to get there. I came with a goal. I trusted the process. I gave everything I had. And by the grace of God, we did it. 🙏🏼 Thank You, Lord, for allowing me to experience this moment. Thank You for giving me strength when I felt weak. Thank You for carrying me when I couldn’t carry myself. You are far too kind to me, Lord. All glory, honor, and praise belong to You. 🥇 FIRST PLACE. In the name of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. ✝️❤️ #Redemption #FirstPlace #ThankYouJesus #GodIsGood #NPC Bodybuilding ClassicPhysique MensPhysique AllGloryToGod by @ironmanny88
Saturday of bodybuilding! Saturday of fighting for what you love! Saturday of victory! People only see the tan, the stage, the lights, and the smile. They don’t see the alarms before sunrise. The meals eaten when you weren’t hungry. The cardio when your body wanted rest. The moments when your mind wanted to quit but your spirit said: KEEP GOING. First and forever, all glory to God. Because without Him, none of this exists. Then I want to thank everyone who helped make this possible. To my beautiful fiancée @carolina_masson_serrano, who stayed with me every single moment without interruption. You became my personal coach, and that meant the world to me. To @bryancfitness and @qaisbutt_ — your help with posing was a game changer. To my brother @train_hard, because you were the one who ignited this fire that nothing can put out, for helping me with this body full of injuries and torn tendons lol. And last, but absolutely not least, to the wizard of Cambridge @adam.powe_ , my coach. Without his exceptional professionalism and work, none of this would have been possible. Every detail, every structured diet, every part of this stellar prep — bro, we’re going for much more. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING. #Bodybuilding #MensPhysique #ClassicPhysique #NPC #competitionprep by @ironmanny88

Sometimes it’s not just about building yourself. It’s about helping others build along the way. 💪 When my brother @tjbrownfit reached out and invited me to be part of this project, I didn’t hesitate. I said, LET’S DO IT! I genuinely believe in supporting one another. Whether it’s bodybuilding, business, personal growth, family, or life in general, we’re all fighting our own battles. No matter what you’ve been through, no matter how many setbacks you’ve faced, KEEP BUILDING! Build your body. Build your business. Build your relationships. Build your family. Build your faith. Brick by brick, day by day, keep moving forward. Don’t let life’s struggles convince you to stop building something meaningful. That’s what brotherhood is about. We support each other, we motivate each other, and we grow together. Much respect to my brother for putting this together and allowing me to be part of it. There are no setbacks, only stepping stones. Keep pushing forward. All Glory to God! 🙏🏻 #IronManny #Brotherhood #KeepBuilding #BodybuildingCommunity #keeppushingforward by @ironmanny88
The off-season is paying off, and the results are coming in little by little. Brick by brick, we’re building an indestructible wall. 🧱💪 With hard work, consistency, faith, and the guidance of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, everything will fall into place. Trust the process. Stay patient. Keep building. All Glory to God! 🙏🏻 by @ironmanny88

💪 BARBELL ROW — BUILD A THICK, POWERFUL BACK! 🔥 One of the true classics of old-school bodybuilding! If there’s one compound movement that deserves a place in a serious back-training program, it’s the barbell row. This movement is a powerhouse for developing overall back thickness, strength, and muscular density. The primary muscles involved include the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, middle and lower trapezius, with assistance from the rear delts, biceps, and spinal erectors. ✅ Maintain a strong, stable torso. ✅ Keep your spine neutral throughout the movement. ✅ Pull the bar toward your lower chest or upper abdomen. ✅ Squeeze your shoulder blades at the top. ✅ Control the eccentric portion instead of letting gravity do the work. Don’t sacrifice technique just to move more weight. Make every rep count! There’s a reason the old-school bodybuilders relied on these fundamental compound movements. Build your foundation, get stronger, and keep progressing. No shortcuts. No unnecessary complications. Just hard work and consistency! All Glory to God! 🙏💯 #IronManny #BarbellRow #BackWorkout #OldSchoolBodybuilding #CompoundMovements BackThickness ClassicPhysique Bodybuilding by @ironmanny88
