Irrational Comedy is back October 21! 🎤🍻

A stacked lineup of comics. A 20-minute headliner. And, as always, one weird thing. This month, the weird thing comes with a guitar. 🎸

Hosted by the brilliant Katie Yoner, with an epic lineup featuring Hayley Sinclair, Tesh Ayten, Celeste Lampa, Brent Ayton, plus BJ Mac bringing live musical stand-up to the stage!

And headlining the night: Leif Oleson-Cormack!

📅 October 21

Chainsaws for childbirth, lobotomies for moodiness, and centuries of being told it’s all in our heads... history’s take on women’s health has been wildly out of touch.

Under our new banner Irrational Women, we’re reclaiming the phrase—because history called us irrational, but the only thing truly irrational was what we’ve had to endure.

We’re kicking off the series with an open, candid, and evidence-backed night dedicated to Dispelling Misinformation on Menopause. We'll be cutting through the noise with an incredible panel:

Dr. Colleen Norris – Bringing deep expertise in women's cardiovascular and complex health.

Dr. Tibetha Kemble – Sharing essential perspectives through the lens of Indigenous women’s health, wellness, and self-determination.

Dr. Eniola Salami – GP, Family Medicine physician, and Lead of the Black Health Initiative, highlighting critical health equity and primary care perspectives.

Kelsey Mramor – Bringing vital lived experience, patient advocacy, and community dialogue to the stage.

Plus, we'll have a special performance by Lita Pater, fresh off her hit Fringe show Period Problems! 🎭

Expect sharp insights, candid dialogue, plenty of laughs, and great craft beer as we break down the symptoms, the science, and the systemic gaps in care.

🗓 Wednesday, Sept 23 ⏰ 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Doors open at 6:30 PM)

From "wandering uteruses" to hand-cranked pelvic saws, history has spent centuries labeling women as "irrational." 🫠 So we’re reclaiming the name.

Welcome to Irrational Women—a new event series where we cut through the historical nonsense and dive into real, evidence-based women’s health.

We’re kicking things off with a deep dive into Menopause Matters!
