The week, I PR’d in the 5K twice and covered 34.46kms🥹

The first PR was completely unintentional and powered by my babies; I was simply trying to get back home to them as quickly as possible. 😁

The second was very intentional. I set out to finally run a sub-30 5K and beat the PR I had set just two days earlier! These legs are tired, but my heart is full. 🥹

I’m especially grateful for my support system; the Night Crawlers! The kind of people who, if I say I want to jump, will only ask, “How high?” Although they still won’t spare me from frog jumps if I arrive late. 😂 You’ll see their big heads at the end of the video.

Marathon Training — Week 4/13
4/4 runs, plus some extras ✔️

God is good! 🙏🏽

Took on another opportunity to voluntarily suffer… with documentation🙂‍↔️Meanwhile, all you have to do is count with me. Easy peasy, right?

Shout out to my @happyheartrunclub family for all the love and encouragement, both on and off the course. 🧡

Running is better when you don’t have to do it alone.

One thing we love about HHRC is the way we move together, in groups, in pairs, at different paces, but always with one goal: nobody gets left behind 💪🏽

Another Saturday.
Another run.
Another reminder that community makes the journey better.
