My name is Isa Bianca and I’m a media producer, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Backroom Collectives.

Creativity has always been at the center of who I am. Studying communications taught me how powerful digital media & community can be + how narratives shape our opportunities. But outside the classroom, I knew I didn’t just want to analyze our culture. I wanted to build within it.

From reselling vintage to stepping into the beauty industry, I’ve consistently chosen paths that allow me to create independence and ownership for myself. I’m not afraid to start small, pivot, or evolve because growth has always mattered more to me than perfection. At my core, I care about impact. I care about ambitious women feeling empowered. I care about young creatives realizing they don’t need permission to begin. That belief is what fuels everything I do.

When Amanda and I connected within the creative community, it was clear we shared the same standard: collaboration over competition. Our friendship naturally turned into partnership because our morals and long-term goals aligned and Backroom Collectives is rooted in our why.

It’s about creating spaces where creatives feel capable, not intimidated.

Where ideas are taken seriously.

Where community is strategic, supportive, and empowering.

We’re not here to follow what’s already been done. We’re here to create what we wish existed.
