✷ MADAM WONG LIN CHEE ✷
this format of visual sequence + text was heavily inspired by and must be credited to @locationest

It features my 97 year old yee poh Madam Wong Lin Chee (grandmothers sister) and her life in Malaysia.

The goal of this sequence is to honour the life of someone who has and is living a life of generosity beyond comprehension, one of wisdom and one rich in experience.

An important definition to aid understanding: Kampung - an old style place or item

Peach coloured text indicates questions from myself or other family members

All images were shot through the lens of my minolta srt100x on kodak ultramax 400

*the forth slide features yee poh holding her own original portrait taken when she was 17 during WWII taken in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia by @isaac___hong
