Damn 2025 what a year you were…

I just wanna say a big thank you to the universe for guiding me down many tricky but much needed paths

Lessons repeat themselves until you learn, Surrender to change or suffer in the loop. Find comfort in discomfort, Break the cycle.

Put yourself in the right situations and the right doors will open, Push your own boundaries, do what you love and things will fall into place

I achieved so much this year and I’m so proud of myself, as someone who has suffered with brutal anxiety for as long as I can remember I threw myself in the deep end and because of that I’ve had so many opportunities, meet some beautiful people and experienced moments I’m eternally grateful for!

Don’t get me wrong I’m still anxious and awkward asf but the fact that I made so many friends this year and managed to put myself out there regardless of how I’d be perceived is pretty huge for me :3

Brains are weird,
Ignore those negative thoughts and recognise that you’re just an observer and you have the choice to sit in the negativity or take a step back, acknowledge it, process it and once you understand it move on, it can be difficult but it’s not impossible!

Speak positively into your life.
Stop comparing your path to others.
Stop talking down on yourself.
Stop talking down on others.
Stop holding grudges.
Learn to forgive especially when it’s hard.
You are what matters.
You got this!

This year has been a roller coaster but I’m very grateful for the ride, it taught me things about myself that I resisted for too long, exposed parts of myself that I didn’t want to accept and allowed me to heal and step towards a better version of myself

Lots of love to all my new homies and to the old ones who have stuck around, yous made this year so friggin special! I can’t thank you all enough for supporting me, making this planet tolerable and giving me amazing memories that I’ll cherish forever 🩶🩶🩶
