Hyrox Houston did not disappoint. With only 2 months of training the goal was just to finish. Now that we have a baseline we go back to the drawing board and work on our weaknesses. Hyrox is a sport where someone can look fit but will humble you big time without the proper training. I love my wife @halleborenweixel for coming along on all my fitness adventures🤍🤍🤍Back to work💪🏼 taken in George R. Brown Convention Center by @isaacw_21

You finally did it! Watching you walk across the stage has been one of my favorite memories yet as you finally accomplished your goal to begin your calling in life. You are VERY hard working, diligent, and persistent in all that you do which is why you are going to make such a good nurse and even more, my future wife. I love you🤍🤍🤍 by @isaacw_21

30 Mile ultramarathon completed✅ Mind over matter. At mile 13 my legs were in so much pain and for 2 miles I contemplated on quitting. Changed the way I was thinking and God gave me the strength to be able to get it done. 3200ft of elevation gain and 3100ft of elevation descent. Now the question is, do I do a 40/50 miler😳Thank you @halleboren for my king cake by @isaacw_21
