Besides writing award winning books for kids I also make cute crayons. Each time I get a notification that someone bought my crayons I get so excited bc I each one is hand poured and I mix each color myself. The whole process takes a bit actually. I got this notification today just as I’m making a fresh batch of conchas. Thank you to those who’ve been buying my goods. It means a lot. My crayons and other kids products are called ¡Que Cute! Crayons y Más and you can find them @mercado.536 and the IG is live but bare. by @isabelinpieces

WHATS OUR BAND NAME?
(wrong answers only)

The artist and friend, Nani Chacon took this photo of @isabelinpieces and I in front of her mural in Albuquerque NM. Not sure what year it’s from but it was on our book tour for Photographic: The Life of Graciela Iturbide. After we took this pic Isabel said it was our band photo. Tomorrow we are getting the band back together for @latinxkidlitbf streaming live on YouTube tomorrow at 1 pm EST. This is a sessions of young people so if you’re a teacher or librarian or just a lover of kid lit books come hang out with us! LINK IN BIO by @isabelinpieces
