Isabê (Campo Grande, MS, 2001) is a visual artist whose career is marked by a series of investigations into the limits of pictorial language. With a degree in Artes Visuais and a master's degree from the Programa de Estudos de Linguagens of the UFMS, the artist has consolidated her presence on the national scene through group exhibitions such as the 14° Bienal Internacional de Curitiba and “Estrada Longa”, co-organized with Paulo Agi, which brought together 12 artists from the Centro-Oeste. In her works, she articulates the tension between the figure and the deformed, exploring the concept of the figural through the relationship between one margin and another.

In "Barulho de ventilador", the artist exercises her premise that the act of painting is, above all, an investigation into the stain and its relationship with the surroundings, inviting the viewer to weave the painting as an expression that transforms the space occupied by the brushstroke into a territory of visual interactions.

Formada em Artes Visuais e mestre pelo Programa de Estudos de Linguagens da UFMS, a artista consolidou sua presença no cenário nacional através de exposições coletivas como 14° Bienal Internacional de Curitiba e “Estrada Longa” co-organizada com Paulo Agi, reunindo 12 artistas do Centro-Oeste. Articula, em suas obras, a tensão entre a figura e o disforme explorando o conceito de figural a partir da relação entre uma margem e outra.

Em "Barulho de ventilador", a artista exercita sua premissa de que o ato de pintar é, antes de tudo, uma investigação com a mancha e sua relação entre os entornos, convidando o espectador a tecer a pintura como uma expressão que transforma o espaço ocupado pelo traço em um território de interações visuais.
