In the middle of the season, Johnny said something that really stuck with me: “𝙒𝙚’𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙤𝙡’ 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨.” And then it hit me—how all the rush and joy we were experiencing during the shows would one day 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 we’d look back on with gratitude. And here we are. ☕️

The Lord knew I always wanted to tell a story about friendship. About love. And He knew I always dreamed of doing this show. This role. And He gave me that—and more:

To @karlurky — Thank you for seeing me and giving me a chance. Auditions were always scary, but this entire process changed my heart as an artist. You gave me confidence, and helped me own my love for comedy. Your strength & dare to be different inspires me! 😍🙏🏽

To X @juanekis — Thank you for always being so generous with your work. This is my second time working on a Juan Ekis piece, and every show, I still never fail to giggle and be in awe of the lines you’ve written. Full circle moment toh, alam mo yan! 🥺

To this cast… just know—𝙄 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪. No accidents or coincidences—we were meant to meet, to join forces. To be Lifelong friends in this industry especially. Oh, the joy of live theater. Creating with people you love and getting to make others happy while you’re at it… a feeling I still don’t quite know how to put into words. ❤️‍🩹 Three years in, and I’m so grateful to call this a job, for all that has been and all that’s still to come!
