Zwin Nature Reserve, Belgium 🐦NL | Het Zwin is een uniek natuurgebied op de grens van België en Nederland 🌿 Een leuke manier om dit gebied te ontdekken is via het huttenparcours (1.7 km). Tijdens deze wandeling stap je van hut naar hut en maak je op een speelse manier kennis met de vele vogelsoorten die hier neerstrijken. Heel leuk om met kinderen te doen! Family-friendly hotel stay near the Belgian Coast 🌿NL | Onlangs hadden wij een zalig verblijf in het @zaelig_hotel in Knokke (hoe kan het ook anders? 😊). Midden in het groen en toch op korte afstand van de kust voelt dit familiehotel als een klein paradijs. Perfect om even te onthaasten én de mooie omgeving te ontdekken. Don't miss this colorful event at the Belgian Coast 🪁Nog geen plannen komend weekend? Dan deel ik graag deze tip: de Streetmart in Westende! Tijdens dit tweedaagse evenement nemen honderden VW-busjes de dijk in, terwijl op het strand vliegers in alle kleuren en vormen worden opgelaten. Skywalk Willingen 🌁NL | Het hoogtepunt van onze vakantie in Willingen was zonder twijfel de Skywalk - met een lengte van 665m de langste hangbrug van Duitsland! 🤩 De brug hangt vrij tussen de Mühlenkopf en de Musenberg en heeft een stalen roosterconstructie, waardoor je recht naar beneden 👇 kan kijken. Stretching 665 metres in length, it's the longest suspension bridge in Germany! 🤩 The bridge hangs completely free between the Mühlenkopf and the Musenberg and features a steel grid construction, allowing you to look straight down 👇. Familotel Sonnenpark - all-inclusive premium family & wellness hotel 🌲NL | In de paasvakantie verbleven wij een week in dit hotel in het Duitse plaatsje Willingen, en wat hebben we toen genoten! Alles is hier zo goed geregeld dat niet alleen de kids zorgeloos kunnen genieten, maar ook de ouders 🤩 Van indoor- en outdoorspeeltuinen tot zwembaden, wellness en een kidsclub: je vervelen is hier geen optie. En minstens even belangrijk: het eten is fantastisch! 😋 Alle maaltijden en drankjes zijn inbegrepen. EN | During the Easter holidays, we stayed for a week at this hotel in the German town of Willingen, and we absolutely loved it! Everything is so well organized that not only the kids can have a great time, but the parents too 🤩 From indoor and outdoor playgrounds to swimming pools, wellness facilities, and a kids’ club: getting bored is simply not an option here. 2 days in Pairi Daiza ✨️NL | In mijn vorige posts nam ik jullie al mee naar Pairi Daiza, waar we onlangs een nachtje doorbrachten in een Full Moon Lodge 🐻 Een vraag die ik achteraf vaak kreeg, was of het de prijs nu echt waard is. Mijn antwoord: absoluut! Al is het wel belangrijk om je verblijf slim te plannen, zeker met jonge kinderen. Probeer niet per se alles te zien in twee dagen, maar kies een aantal favoriete zones en dieren en benut vooral de rustige momenten in het park.EN | In my previous post, I shared a glimpse of our overnight stay in the Full Moon Lodge at Pairi Daiza 🐻 One question I kept getting afterwards was whether it’s really worth the price. My answer: absolutely! That said, it’s important to plan your stay wisely, especially with young kids. Pairi Daiza Resort 🐻✨️NL | Onlangs verbleven we een nacht in een Full Moon Lodge in Pairi Daiza, iets wat al járen op mijn bucketlist stond. Hoe bijzonder om dit nu met mijn gezin te kunnen beleven 🥹 Vanuit onze lodge hadden we zicht op de beren en wolven, zowel vanuit de leefruimte als vanuit de badkamer en sauna 😯 In Pairi Daiza kan je trouwens ook overnachten bij andere dieren, zoals walrussen, ijsberen, tijgers en pinguïns… Bij welke dieren zou jij wel eens willen slapen? 😍EN | Recently, we spent a night in a Full Moon Lodge at Pairi Daiza, something that had been on my bucket list for years. Vall de Núria - a secluded mountain valley in the Catalan Pyrenees ⛰️🇪🇦NL | Deze groene bergvallei is volledig autovrij en kan enkel bereikt worden met de tandradbaan. De treinrit duurt minder dan een uur en voert je door een adembenemend berglandschap. Eenmaal boven valt er heel wat te beleven: maak een boottochtje op het meer, neem de kabellift naar een mooi uitkijkpunt of bezoek Parc Lúdic met een kartingparcours en tubingbaan 🤩 EN | This green mountain valley is completely car-free and can only be reached by the rack railway train. The scenic ride takes less than an hour and passes through stunning mountain landscapes.
