Meet Isabel.

She’s been riding for over seven years, and the bike has always been the place she goes to let go and put in work.

“Cycling helped me shift my focus toward what my body can do and taught me that every challenge is an opportunity to get stronger, inside and out.”

Her playlists go house beats, big drops, rap, pop remixes, everything in between. What she wants for you is simple: leave class proud of yourself, and a little lighter than when you walked in.

Isabel teaches Ride.

Classes are $15 a credit through Monday, September 14. Link in bio.
