From the heart, Thank you!

TLDR: My love letter to all of the florist teammates that made this year possible😚

We just wrapped our last wedding of the year on Monday and are feeling so grateful for the beautiful oppourtunity to flower for you!

Before we set our sights on year 5 and all of the exciting things that lay ahead, I wanted to share my love letter and a public thank you to all of the amazing, talented, and wonderful humans that I have had the pleasure of being teammates with this year. Every single one of them showed up every day with a great attitude and amazing work ethic, and the ability to be flexible and adjust to whatever the task was that day. To say nothing would happen without them is such a cliche, and yet it's the truth!

The floral community is so special and I constantly find my self in awe of the openness and willingness to band together to get the job done. The hours, the brainstorming, the refining, is all made better when you are surrounded with folks that you trust implicitly. If we had a bingo card for the season, the phrase "can I borrow your brain for a second" would be the free space, bc the amount of times I've said it is too high to count at this point.

On a personal note, with this being my first full season as a mom, it is not lost on me how much I have changed as a person and business owner in the past year. A little more heart, man many more feelings. A lot more sentimentality and care. A little less time to fuss and fuss. A little less time to hold on to how I thought it was going to go. A lot more time to trust in my community. A lot more time to be with my baby. A lot less time to sweat the small stuff. A lot more time to realize how time flies. A lot more time to realize that I'm exactly where I am suppose to be.

I'll end this with a few things I know for sure:

1. Everything we have done this year would not be possible without the amazing wonderful humans that have helped to make it all happen.

2. This year has grown me in so many ways. I've learned to trust more, to release more, to allow room for more.

3. I am so excited for what the future holds!

I love you all and am proud to do life and flowers with you! by @isaflora_design_co

Let's chat hanging installations!

As next year starts to take form we are having some amazing conversations with our future couples! A large through line and theme that we are picking up is that couples are wanting to create high impact moments that will have staying power throughout the whole day.

Of course we can talk ceremony repurpose (more on this another day) as a way to get the most out of your flowers. But I see your floral repurpose, and raise you a big ass cool af hanging installation.

We have been seeing a more minimal approach to the table top (family style is all the rage, other decor plays a factor, and a centerpiece -while lovely- is a generally low touch/ interaction item on the list) and a consolidation of excitement and energy put into large install pieces!

And we love it!

Here are a few of our favorite reasons:

1. Every single guest gets to see and enjoy it from the second they walk into the space until they leave for the night. Talk about surprise and delight!

2. It will be the backdrop of so many beautiful moments (speeches, first dances, cake cutting, food, and PARTAY TIMEEE). It was so fun to see how many different moments this hanging installation was part of for Sara & Andrew at The Griffin House.

3. Draws the eye up- giving your reception space LEVELS and sightlines.

4. A great way to show your personality/ tastes (an in this case culture) with your very own hanging floral art installation!

Swipe through for a good time!

Emma and her bridal portraits on the Oregon Coast x

We all love an epic sunset but when the clouds rolled in it got dark fast. For the last 5 minutes of our coverage I asked if she wanted to frolic on the beach with me one last time before I head home and this iconic queen blessed us with her girly chic vibes against the dramatic backdrop. I’ll forever be obsessed with this day 🩶

Let this be your bridal inspo if you’re choosing the Oregon coast because more often than not, it looks like this 🕊️☁️

A little French countryside romance, right in Oregon. 🕯️

A wedding day at @chateau_de_lis that ended exactly where we wanted to be - gathered around candlelit tables, with the château glowing in the background and dancing into the evening.

Charine's Calla Bouquet!

A fun take on a timeless flower. Is she trendy? Is she classic? No one can agree, but one thing I know for sure is everyone is talking about her....Calla really is that girl!

The Oregon Coast is one of the most ethereal, soft dreamy and romantic places to get married - rain or shine.

Emma & Drew’s beautiful micro-wedding at Our Plaace wanted to highlight the coastal elements from her two dresses carefully selected with the help of her bridal stylist, organic beach grass florals with pops of summer tulips and something we didn’t have planned: Paragliders on the sand dunes where we wanted to take portraits. The super 8 footage from the day highlights each portrait session from her getting ready editorial with the mannequins to their first look, ceremony, portraits on the sand dunes and dinner back at Our Plaace. Our favorite was how full circle the styling was by @solo___co We loved the wavy edges of the plates, seashell stacked name cards and branded pizza boxes with the couple’s details.

So much intentional planning and styling went into their day and we are so honored to be chosen to highlight this special day through photo and super 8.

One of the unexpected gifts of this job is that we don’t just get to be there for one of the biggest days of your life, we get to know you. And somewhere along the way, it starts to feel like so much more than just planning a wedding.

So what happens after the wedding? Do we still talk?

YES!!! 1000 times yes. please don’t disappear on us. 🥹🤍

One of the best parts of what we do is getting to stay in your world long after the wedding day. Watching you move into new seasons, new jobs, new homes, growing families, big dreams and still being your biggest cheerleaders along the way is genuinely the sweetest thing.

And when you invite us into life after the wedding, birthdays, baby showers, celebrations, catch-ups, or even just a “hey, we miss this day” text, it means more than we can say.

We also know the quiet that can come after the wedding. You’ve spent so long planning and anticipating this one moment, and then suddenly it’s over and everything feels a little still.

So truly: we will never get tired of your wedding stories. Send the photos. Relive the moments. Tell us the details again. Text us when you miss it, when something new happens, or honestly just because.

You were never just a date on our calendar. We got to know you, your people, your story, and we feel so lucky every time you let us keep being part of it.

The wedding may be over, but we’re still here. Always. 🤍
