Four years, eight seasons, and countless memories and friendships I’ll carry for a lifetime. Thank you to my parents, teammates, coaches, and everyone who made this journey special. This sport challenged me, shaped me, and taught me that ‘it gets worse before it gets better.’ I’ll miss track and field dearly, but I’m grateful for every moment. On to the next chapter. by @isaiahcllns02

Double pr for the indoor season!!! I still have a lot to work on regarding weight form and hope to break 50ft, and as far as shot we just have to focus on explosiveness. PSA:don’t take 450mg of caffeine in one session 🙂‍↕️ taken in SUNY Brockport by @isaiahcllns02

Second meet of the season. Weight throw didn’t go as expected, but I’m starting to get back into things with shot. More updates coming 🔜 taken in The Golisano Training Center by @isaiahcllns02
