First FABC live period @fabchoops with my team @fsus_hoops. The last game I had 15 points and went 5/7 from 3PT in only three quarters. Good varsity bump against different teams from all over Florida. taken in Alachua County Sports and Events Center by @isaiahdasniper

I had a chance to test out and train with the re-launched Jet Basketball. It’s perfect for shooters like me and it felt great in my hands. For anybody that wants their own Jet Basketball, you can get yours at Wilson.com or at your local retailer.

I can’t be around no jealous 💩 I’m really the motivation!

This summer was one of the best without a doubt. I learned a lot, traveled a lot and won a lot of games and tournaments. I know this season is going to be great because of all the work I’m putting in. Freshman year loading and I’m ready for it. #BigSniper #In1wetrust #9thgrade by @isaiahdasniper

First time in Cali and I took care of business. I went to the @phenomamerica National camp and made the all star team. I played great all weekend and really showcased my all around talent and game. Also I got the chance to check out some places with my family while we were there and enjoy ourselves. It was a really cool experience. taken in Seal Beach, California by @isaiahdasniper

Being an elite athlete is more than just training.
Everyone sees the highlights, the points, the wins, and the trophies. What they don’t always see is the work that happens behind the scenes.

Being an elite athlete means taking care of your body just as seriously as you take your sport. Recovery isn’t optional it’s part of the process. If you go to try it out, tell them Isaiah Kelly sent you for a free 30 minute session.

✅ Fuel your body with the right nutrition
✅ Stay hydrated
✅ Get quality sleep
✅ Stretch and work on mobility
✅ Prioritize recovery days
✅ Take care of minor injuries before they become major setbacks

Your body is your most valuable asset. The athletes who last the longest and perform at the highest level understand that success isn’t just built in the gym it’s built in the daily habits that keep you healthy, strong, and ready to compete.

Train hard. Recover harder. Stay disciplined. The best ability is availability.
