Chef Delfin goes high-low with his NYC favorites! Loved the mix of Spanish restaurants, Michelin stars, casual spots and dive bars. He also shouted out steakhouse Gage & Tollner for a ribeye, shrimp cocktail and glass of wine but there’s only so much you can fit in one video. Industry Interviews Ep.51. @isaucier is the chef and partner at Leland Eating & Drinking House, a fantastic neighborhood restaurant in Prospect Heights which not only bakes all of their own bread in house, they do butchery classes, have vermouth service & a barrel aged Negroni, and Mangia Monday handmade pasta nights. 📍Ernesto’s @ernestosnyc 📍Bartolo @bartolonyc 📍Tomiño @tominonyc 📍Place des Fêtes @pdfbk 📍Great NY Noodletown @greatnynoodletown 📍Via Carota @viacarota 📍Estela @estelanyc 📍Sharlene’s @sharlenesbar 📍Sunny’s @sunnysbarofficial 📍Up Stairs @upstairsbarnyc 📍Leland Eating & Drinking House @lelandbrooklyn 📍Little Egg @eggrestaurant by @isaucier
