Science shows are part of what makes the Islamabad Science Festival work. At #ISF2026, Abdul Rauf, CEO of @pakscienceclub , took the stage with live experiments, and students from government schools, colleges and universities, teachers and visitors watched, asked questions and stayed to see more.

Pakistan Science Club has been taking science to young people across Pakistan since 2008. Abdul Rauf and his team have been part of the festival since 2019, and we are proud to collaborate with them in that journey through ISF.

A child who sees an experiment on stage and then walks to a classmate’s project and asks how it works is the reason the festival puts shows, student projects and a visiting public in one room.

Thank you, @abddulrauf and Pakistan Science Club, for years of work that makes science more visible. The Islamabad Science Festival is organised by @campaignistan, and the next editions will go to the provinces.

A Science Tamasha from @sciencefuse filled the hall at #ISF2026. Students from government schools, colleges and universities watched, asked questions and then went back to their own stalls to explain what they had built.

That mix is the point of the Islamabad Science Festival. Live shows, student projects and a visiting public share one room, so a child who watches a demonstration on stage can go straight to a classmate’s project and ask how it works. This year 30 institutions from six regions took part.

Thank you to Science Fuse for the engaging science shows.
