In races such as the cycling MTB Marathon Championship, where bikes are constantly subjected to heavy loads, torsion, impacts and external contamination, suspension bearings must withstand stresses that are very different from those found in conventional applications. That is precisely why ISB SPORT developed the VMAX range.

✅ Specifically designed for suspension pivot applications
✅ Higher load capacity
✅ Specially engineered for this application
✅ Increased strength and longer service life

One of the most interesting features of the BO LNCN bearings for road & gravel applications is the new combined LC/NC sealing system, developed by ISB SPORT to optimize the balance between protection and performance. Wanna know more?

🟢 LC (Light Contact) outer seal – green
The outer seal features an NBR rubber lip that makes light contact with the inner ring. This design provides excellent protection against external contaminants while maintaining minimal friction, which is particularly important for high-performance road and gravel bikes.

⚫ NC (No Contact) inner seal – black
A low-friction, non-contact seal is used on the inside, designed to operate at high rotational speeds without generating additional resistance. The goal is to maximize the smoothness and rotational capacity of the assembly.

The revolution is here: New ISB Sport MTB & Gravel bearings! It is in disciplines such as MTB and Gravel that the equipment truly proves its worth. These are dynamic, ever-changing environments, where the terrain evolves with every ride and puts every component of the bike to the test. Mud, water and dirt are part of the journey, transforming every route into a challenge that demands more with every turn of the wheel. It is precisely in these conditions that technology makes the difference: when maintaining fluidity, efficiency and control becomes key to continuing to ride with confidence, no matter what lies beneath the wheels.

BEARING PERFORMANCE AND DURABILITY TAKEN TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL!
It is this approach that has shaped the new range of wheel bearings, featuring a black oxide coating and a special magenta-coloured FCNC (Full Contact/No Contact) seal.

Designed specifically for high-humidity conditions and constant exposure to water, they were developed as a direct response to the demands of these sports. The improved waterproofing (thanks to the triple-lip Full Contact external seal), the ability to protect against the ingress of external elements, and durability in extreme conditions are not merely theoretical concepts, but practical requirements identified in the field.

✅ Specially designed for MTB & Gravel
✅ Maximum corrosion protection
✅ Enhanced protection
✅ Greater durability and longer service life

This new product range is already available in our official distributors and specialized shops and workshops.
