Life lately | Part 2 🙏🏽☀️ — Beyond doubt, I’ll be keeping this as a ‘life lately’ check-in post. This year had definitely had its share of challenges, but writing this feels like an exercise I didn’t even realize I needed. Bear with me… It’s so easy to get caught up in life’s hiccups and everything happening in the world, but taking a moment to reflect reminds me how blessed I am. It’s not a flood, but it’s definitely not the low-inventory squeeze we’ve seen in past years. ⸻ 💸 More Flexibility on Price Over 43% of active listings in Sacramento have had price reductions, averaging around 5.7% off BEFORE going pending. Only 14% of homes sold at the original list price—most needed some adjustment.
