How lucky we are to feel…
To feel so soft, wild and free
How lucky we are to be…
To be fragile, share vulnerability

Life sometimes breaks to shatters
Yet we always come out alive
Heart and hope are the life vests
That make the soul survive

We laugh with tears
at the things we cried

and realize that
Wisdom eventually means
being able to learn love laugh
and embrace
the parts of you and life you always avoided

I started meditating almost 15 years ago to find calm and stability in between the everyday ups and downs of life

Over time, the discipline and practice of meditation became a source of strength, peace and resilience. It became a tool for me to tap into an inner retreat anytime anywhere

In this Tedx, I had the honor of sharing insights into our inner cosmos, my experience living in an ashram and how meditation can be integrated into our everyday lives

Video link out on YouTube and Ted Channel :)

At some point, "more" stops feeling like the answer. The question becomes: Is the life I'm building aligned with what matters most to me?
