#headandshoulders is a staple in my weekly wash days. I can count on not seeing any flakes throughout my week, whether I decide to go for 2 weeks or 3. Lathering intentionally for 3-6 minutes is what assures me of this! @headandshoulders #bigchop #asmr #curlyhair #washday by @ishonna_

boosting your mood naturally with wellness sips you’ll love from @takearecess #recesspartner The flavor fruits of blended choice for this mock craft mocktail was perfection! Excited to see what other flavors they have to offer because Ive been lowering my alcohol intake and I really enjoyed this drink to the fullest. I personally love bubbles, so this is perfect! Takes the thought process out, easily accessible & great for days like such! #recessdrink #Wellness #adaptogens #mocktails taken in Downtown Decatur Square by @ishonna_
