From the spatial wilderness and atmospheres of nature, Ishtadi mixes the organic with contemporary.

In an open dialogue with the moment, he combines genres and styles enticing one into presence. @vibroacoustics at @cphhw 2025
The Recharge Zone was so visited by attendees to the event who actually practiced self-care and finding a healthy way of being in an otherwise busy event with lots of inputs and activities 🎵🙏💚

Among other artists, @guillermodelatierra played while people were laying on ViBoards and receiving deep vibrations of his Music, Live Instruments and Voice 🥰

We at VibroAcoustics Copenhagen are creating a cultural shift where rest, contact to our innermost feelings and access to our built-in healing resources are essential to the way we live and function.

Carried by outstanding Music, carefully produced by @guillermodelatierra @respiracreative & @ishtadi to be immersive and supportive of deep processes and Vagus Nerve Stimulation

This is VAT • Vibro Acoustic Therapy based in Denmark 🎵🙏💚

Brazil Love

Having spent 2 months with my beloved friends, my dad, and almost the whole team of @vibroacoustics I am grateful to the core.

We are buying a whole valley - the most wonderful and epic place I’ve ever wanted to settle.
Pure rivers, wild nature, safe location.
We are building a future together, close to the natural resources. The purpose is to guard the pristine nature and of course to be healing in it! We are creating a retreat with music, art, body work, sauna and mineral baths and much more. Interested ? Let me know

We started a new venue
@terra_sonora
organized 3 parties
opened a
@vibroacoustics Sensorium in Capão
Meanwhile setting up partners in Stockholm, India, Portugal and Germany, and growing big in Denmark, hosting increasingly many sessions in our Cph Sensorium.
The mission is massively expanding
And with it my heart.

This journey has filled me up, magic meetings, meditations, connections and moments that has healed my heart, opening it again after years of cancer survival mode.

Thank you everyone for supporting
The journey, making the world a more
relaxed, regulated and radiant place.
❤️

Winning over Brain Cancer!

Since January 2023, I’ve been fighting brain cancer stage 3. It’s now been 4 operations (the first partly awake), 7 rounds of antibiotics, a year of chemo therapy and 6 weeks of radiation therapy. I’ve tried having an open skull for 5 months and finally getting it closed again ending 2024.

I’ve found myself enclosed in periods of darkness, without will or want to connect or to really live.
Experiencing life without its passion, inspiration and instead falling into a state of senselessness and numbness.
It has been the hardest lesson to keep choosing to live, to keep on choosing to want to live increasingly more.
My body and mind still want to close down, protect and close off the world.
I’m now suffering from chronic fatigue and a series of side effects. And I’ll for sure never be complete in the brain again ;)
I’m so happy to just be alive, breathing and well.
Albeit the doctors don’t expect me to live out a full life, I believe I am already beating the odds, living beyond expectations and will continue to do so!

It’s been the toughest part of my life, not only fighting for my life, but fighting for my business and beloved baby @vibroacoustics to survive and actually now start to thrive, opening our new Sensorium clinic and starting to sell children journeys and ViBoards to institutions.
A dream coming true!

Today I’m going to Brazil to remember, just who I am.
Now I am feeling scared, fragile, vulnerable and quite a lack confidence.
However I know this too will pass.

I don’t know how I can thank the creator, my family, friends, team and all the people who have and are still supporting me through this long battle.

I hope you all remember that taking a moment for yourself is not only a “right”,
it’s a duty and a service to that which we love the most. by @ishtadi

Soundscapes of Yoga Vol. 7 by @ishtadi is out today. Rounding off the series with the seventh and final state of the path to union - Turiya. The state of superconsciousness, final liberation.

“Soundscapes of Yoga” is a collection of no-mind-music, a companion on the journey towards pure presence. It is created from, by, during and for the path of unity. It is a service and gift towards seekers on the path to self-discovery, a reminder that we are never alone.

Soundscapes of Yoga Vol. 6 by @ishtadi is available on Nature Tales Bandcamp (link in bio) 💚

“Soundscapes of Yoga” is a collection of no-mind-music, a companion on the journey towards pure presence. It is created from, by, during and for the path of unity. It is a service and gift towards seekers on the path to self-discovery, a reminder that we are never alone.

The soundscapes are made from Ishtadi’s collection of healing instruments and nature recordings, meant to echo - our nature within.

According to Guru Vashishta, teacher of Lord Rama, there are 7 states to Union.

Subheccha - Ultimate Desire शुभेच्छा
Vichara - Self Inquiry सुविचारणा
Tanumanasi - Mental Subtleness तनुमानसा
Sattvapatti - Pure Equanimity सत्वापत्ति
Asamsakti - Complete Detachment असंसक्ति
Pdartha Bhavani - Non Perception पदार्थभाविनी
Turiya - Final Liberation तुर्यगा

“Consciousness free from the limitations of the mind is known as the inner intelligence: it is the essential nature of no-mind. That is the reality, that is supreme consciousness, that is the state known as the supreme self, that is omniscience.”
