Normalize this: Choosing rest over shame.

I woke up with a tension headache and a mile-long to-do list.
My first instinct? To push. To prove.
To do it anyway — even while hurting.
But I’m not in that season anymore.

This version of me trusts that rest is not failure.
She knows that alignment means trusting divine timing, not guilt-tripping herself into movement.
And she’s learning to breathe… even when the list is long.
