SHE SKATE JAM 5 : STREET MISSION ! 🛹🦋

We dominated the streets of Johannesburg on the 9th of August for National Women’s Day. Reclaiming the cityscape and taking up space as femmes in skateboarding.
We almost got bumped by taxis lmao 🤣 What a time to be a woman in Jozi ‘26 💀

S/o to : @daymarumo for the photos and design 💚

5 YEARS AND STILL WE SKATE. SHE SKATE JAM 5 !!! 🛹🙈

Our annual women-only jam on National Women’s Day is here but this time, we take the CBD streets; honouring the women of 1956 that moved through a city that has no interest in them being there.

We will be skating through Joburg , a city that still has no interest in having women there , all the way to Gandhi and to have a JAM session . COME JOIN US as we push through the city skateboard and do what we love most 🫠💚
