When the "I wants" become "I needs" + you push past your comfort zones to make them "I am." Never doubt your ability to show up + do the hard things, especially when you know they are the right things 🧡🫶🏻 those steps always pay off.

March "comes in like a lion + goes out like a lamb"...the Bay Area misheard this cliche apparently as we have FLOWN past spring and dived right into summer!

Cookbook signings with @henhalla, making doctor's appointments fun with coffee shop lunches + generally just enjoying the flora + fauna of the season.

'Tis the season...to pretend it's fall😂tried a new to me coffee cart this weekend @boutiquecoffeebar (located right in front of Diablo Foods in Lafayette). Loved their cute setup + this matcha was amazing. Here's to more hot drinks + pretending it's sweater season until we're sweating in the afternoon heat waves 😅 by @isleofview

That same joy no matter how many years go by 🧡Cycle breaker. Memory maker. She is pure love + pure grace. She walks through fire with a smile on her face. Strength with softness + justice with compassion. Happy Mother's Day to my hero. Forever grateful for + inspired by you 😘 @henhalla by @isleofview

"You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, + you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make." @janegoodallinst

Part of the resistance is found in not losing our love for the small things. The sunshine after the storm. The flower after the long of winter. The flicker of hope before the dawn 🌱#springiscoming #truthwillroar by @isleofview
