I want to thank @lhuxeevents & @miss_leela_heart inviting me to be a panelist on The Algorithm Of Us tour to speak about Ai I and filmmaking. My stance has not changed about AI. AI as you know it in its current form is being used in flock cameras, crime investigations, hospitals, film, and in the future generative AI may be used to show some of you committing a crime.

Data centers are cooled down with water that we depend on to live. It's bigger than creative differences, it's humanity. You cannot hold a robot or algorithm responsible in court. Google since it's most primitive form has shown those who created search engines had racial bias towards black people and other minority groups in many studies to this day.

Currently there are several communities facing rolling black outs like Gary Indiana that has power outages. The government will subsidize your taxes to build data centers by increasing your electricity bill, which is harming communities. This harms people who are on electrical medical devices to live. Rolling black outs are systemic and black communities and other vulnerable communities will face rolling black outs, similar to environmental racism --- building factories near black neighborhoods, or vulnerable communities near areas that flood easy. We remember Katrina.

I understand a lot of black people wanted to not feel behind with new technology in the work force, statistically we make the least in this country and lost over 950K+ jobs combined since layoffs since last year. One argument was about how you cannot stop AI from spreading. This is petit bourgeois that's appealing to those in power. You're obeying those who want to make Ai normal in your everyday life. There are arguments about AI being used in healthcare and helping treating people. However, I do want to raise the alarm that black people have the highest racial bias from medical professionals and we receive the least quality care. This doesn't change through an algorithm that's always been bias towards us.

Nonetheless I'm not thinking about making money, nor shortcuts to make a movie. There are people losing jobs, homes, ecosystems and biomes being destroyed for AI by @ismailqbronson

In 2022 I was repped by one of the biggest black SAG agencies for black actors in the country. I had gotten an audition that made me so angry for how black people are portrayed in stories I got sick of it. Especially because I am trained.

2022 I picked up the pen and directing decided to write films myself. I vowed to make a film every single year to get better. Since then I have made 3 films and looking to make my fourth. I believe 2026 will be a better year. I think I'm getting better at directing.

I can't thank everyone who made my random ideas into reality and trust me to get it done in post. Seriously the group grew tremendously over the years. I'm hoping we get to show the entire world what we can do together soon

Super blessed I got to live another year to direct a film I wrote before the year ended. I love each and every person who comes to make something happen. I never got accepted to those big fellowships or anything, or got big checks from an investors. I worked 60hrs a week for 2 years to make my debut feature film THE COBBLERS WIFE.

I'm just really happy to see another thing getting put together. Something always drew me to filmmaking above the crazy of it. I made a goal since 2022 to make something every single year for 5 years to get better. This was the first time I got to direct something with combat. Thank you @fireheartpictures for being so awesome as we're from the same neighborhood. Its awesome we linked up for this! Thank you to @_kinematography for teaching me a lot about action films. It was a new area for me to get into. I severely underestimated combat in films and you helped a lot doing that..

Ai vs Machine was a film to combat fascist ideology of replacing human labor with fake labor.

2026 I hope a better year and something bigger!
