Down with the Thiccness because “friends don’t let friends skip leg day”🙂‍↔️

I can’t rave about @musclefactorygymaz enough. The owner, Lance and the crowd were incredibly hospitable making us feel instantly at home. The equipment is legitimately S-tier with glute machines I’ve never even seen before and back equipment that had my traps crying the next day 🥲. I wish we had an extra couple of days to try all the unique equipment. This gym and the palm trees were nearly enough to make me want to move to Arizona 🤠

I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area 🏆

Until next time…

How could I possibly ask for more?

I’m feeling a lot of gratitude lately for my family, showing up for myself, food on the table, sunshine on my skin, my physical and mental health— all of which were planted and planned by God. I love this little life of mine. How could I ever ask for more?🤍
