ARCHIPEL — A façade redesigned to balance protection, privacy and light.

Adjustable wooden louvers bring rhythm and linearity to the existing building, creating a sheltered walkway to the entrance. Acting as sunshades, they preserve privacy while protecting the façade from the elements.

Designed as a retreat within the project, the listening rooms are shaped to offer both acoustic and visual separation from the surrounding spaces.
Materiality plays a central role, creating layers of comfort, intimacy, and sensory depth while allowing the space to adapt to different ways of experiencing music. Whether alone or shared, each setting supports a personal and focused relationship with sound.
Conceived as the heart of the project, these rooms provide the ideal conditions for attentive listening, where silence, texture, and atmosphere come together to create a moment suspended from the pace of everyday life.

To extend the journey throughout the project, each space has been designed as an invitation to linger rather than simply pass through.
A variety of seating areas encourage visitors to settle in, take their time, and engage with the space at their own pace. As the experience unfolds, the atmosphere gradually shifts: the warm, crafted character of the timber-clad retail area gives way to a more raw and restrained material palette. This contrast creates distinct moods while maintaining a cohesive narrative, enriching the experience of discovery and contemplation.

In a world driven by speed and constant stimulation, this project reimagines the record store as a place to slow down.

Designed around the revival of analog music, the concept invites visitors to reconnect with the present moment, to listen with intention, rediscover forgotten sounds, and immerse themselves in a richer, more tangible musical experience.

The space embraces a calm and contemplative atmosphere, where architecture quietly steps back to let the music take center stage.
A place dedicated to listening, exploration, and the simple pleasure of being fully present.

The layout is structured to create a natural rhythm between moments of gathering and moments of reflection.
Open sightlines strengthen visual connections across the space, while the arrangement of functions encourages spontaneous encounters and seamless circulation.
Each area is positioned to support both individual comfort and collective engagement.

Designed to feel like an outdoor gathering, this interior invites people to come together naturally — as if seated around a campfire.
A space shaped by connection, where conversations flow, ideas are shared, and everyone can learn from one another.
More than an interior, it becomes a collective experience built around warmth, conviviality, and human interaction.
