Oh my dear dear friend…. Life works in mysterious ways, and sometimes there just won’t be an answer for those ways.
You came into my life as a city boy cowboy in Chicago and inspired me to remember who I am, what love can do, to move into my journey of being a cowgirl myself, and to live like no one as watching. I was on the road traveling, being a chef around the United States… and there are countless cities we’ve had phone calls in and I’ll remember those conversations forever.
We met at such a transitional period of my life with growth, love, & endless laughs. You soothed a part of my soul that I will forever be grateful for.
You were one of the funniest, kookiest, fantastic personalities I’ve ever met in this lifetime. And your light will shine on forever.
I will wear your Cartier, your Italian gold chain, and the clothes of yours that still hang in my closet, and forever think of you and be so empowered by the thought of you. Maybe I’ll even own a ranch and name it Diamond Creek Ranch like we talked about…
I know heaven gifted you a horse of your own to ride… so keep on riding cowboy & do me a favor and kahl me sometime from up there
