Dr. Bryan Horsley has been practicing orthodontics for 24 years. In that time, he's used a lot of retractors and never stopped looking for a better one.

"Most retractors are not very comfortable. You get lack of visibility a lot of times, isolation, all that. The retraction is just not as good."

Then he tried ISORETRACT.

The comfort difference was immediate - for his patients, not just for him. But what surprised him most was what it did for precision: the black retractor creates contrast against white teeth, making bracket placement significantly easier. And for the first time, he could reach clear back to the 7s without taking the retractor out mid-procedure.

"It adds a lot more treatment time" when you have to pause and reposition, he explains. ISORETRACT cut that out entirely - keeping patients on schedule and appointments moving.

His verdict, in his own words: "It's a no-brainer. By far the best retractor out there. Just do it. Take the plunge."

24 years of experience. One clear switch. Hear it straight from Dr. Horsley. 🎥

No desk. No edited photos. No music. Just a raw moment and a message I wanted to share personally.

As the Founder & President of ISORETRACT, I may be the one speaking in this video, but there is an incredible team behind me helping build what ISORETRACT is becoming.

And today, we simply want to say thank you.

To every doctor and team who has trusted ISORETRACT, implemented it into your workflow, shared your feedback, supported us at events, or told another doctor about us — you are part of our growth.

And we are growing.

Behind the scenes, our team has been working on something very big for ISORETRACT.

When the time comes, our current customers will receive exclusive first access before it is available to the public.

That matters to us. The doctors and teams who have supported what we’ve built deserve to be the first to see where we’re going next.

And if you haven’t become an ISORETRACT customer yet, we’d love to welcome you. We currently have exclusive offers available as we continue growing our customer community.

From me personally, and from the entire team behind ISORETRACT:

Thank you for believing in what we’re building.

There is a lot more to come.

A better bonding workflow starts with better isolation.

ISORETRACT is designed to make chairside bonding more manageable by keeping isolation consistent and reducing the need for constant adjustments. With less time spent managing retraction, assistants can stay focused on supporting the doctor while the bonding process moves smoothly from one step to the next.

Simple setup. Reliable isolation. A smoother day for the whole team.

Dr. Horsley had tried it all.

"I've been looking for the right retractor forever." - Dr. Bryan Horsley

Then he found ISORETRACT. Better contrast for precise bracket placement, and visibility all the way back to the 7s - something he says no other retractor gives him.

Some upgrades you feel immediately. This was one of them.

Every day in an orthodontic office is different—but the friction created by traditional retraction often stays the same.

So why did Dr. Bryan P. Horsley of @horsleyorthodontics switch after years of using traditional retractors?

Because changing brackets, bonding materials, or technique can only go so far. When comfort, access, and isolation improve, the entire appointment can change.

ISORETRACT was created from that chairside reality—to help the patient, assistant, and doctor move through the appointment more naturally, with fewer interruptions and less chairside friction.

Clear, consistent access can make all the difference during bracket bonding.

When retraction, tongue control, and suction work together, assistants can spend less time managing the field and more time supporting precise bracket placement.

The result? A smoother workflow for the team and a more comfortable experience for the patient.

What comes first - before the bracket, before the bonding material, and before the technique?

The retractor.

The entire bonding workflow can change with one retractor.

For years, offices relied on the same traditional retraction. Until they realized the retractor used at the start of every patient’s bonding appointment can influence the entire workflow.

That’s why orthodontic teams are switching to ISORETRACT - to change how the appointment begins, how the team works together, and how the patient experiences the process.

Sometimes, improving the entire workflow starts with changing just one tool.
