🌍 Over the past 3 years, we’ve brought together 4,000+ women across 28 countries. Today, our association includes 200+ active residents — women building, leading, and transforming.

Our mission:
To connect technology and mindfulness to enable a quantum leap in human potential.

ISOUL is more than a community — It’s a global ecosystem for female founders, leaders, top executives, investors, and experts.

We’re expanding with new structure and presence across the U.S., Europe, Israel, the UAE, and more.

On October 3rd, we celebrated another incredible milestone for ISOUL — the Women Leadership Award in Paris. ✨

San Francisco. Los Angeles. And now — Paris.

A new city, a new level, and a beautiful new chapter for our global community.

More than 100 incredible women came together at the stunning Rachmaninoff Conservatory @conservatoiresr_paris , right across from the Eiffel Tower, to celebrate women who are leading, building, creating, and making a real impact.

8 categories. 8 winners. And we can’t wait to introduce each of them very soon on @isoul.global.

Our founder Jane @jane.global flew in from San Francisco, joined by Anna @anna.nosok , our LA President, and Maya @maya_el_aawar , President of ISOUL Prague & Europe.

There’s something truly special about meeting our women from all around the world in person. 🤍

Before the award ceremony in Paris, we had the chance to spend time with some of our iSoul residents—to walk around the city, talk, connect, and finally meet offline after knowing each other online.

One of the things we value most about what we’ve built is knowing that almost anywhere in the world, you have your people.

And in a world that is changing so quickly, that means more than ever. None of us really knows where we’ll be six months or a year from now, or what the world around us will look like.

Since 2014, Olesya has been supporting women across Europe and online through health programmes, mentoring, circles, and retreats. Her approach brings together Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, somatic coaching, and trauma-informed practice to create space for women to reconnect with themselves and their needs.

As the Founder of Olessa Spark and Your-Tao, Olesya has created practices where women can slow down, speak honestly about what they are experiencing, and begin moving beyond exhaustion, disconnection, and survival mode.

After relocating to Germany, Olga rebuilt her professional practice from zero navigating a new language, a new financial system, and the responsibilities of raising three children.
