10 years of ALH 💙🎂

It started with a simple idea - build a company in the New Zealand workforce that didn't exist.

A place where people could grow, be ambitious, respected and provide for their family.

A place where there’s excitement to go into work each and every day.

A place people can call home.

To our hard working candidates, our on-site team, each & every branch and our loyal customers, thank you.

Without our people, ALH does not exist and we will never take it for granted.

Privileged, thankful and blessed. taken in Auckland City by @israelwhit

What a week. @alhltd golf day(s) 2025 done. It is always about our people - our team, candidates and customers. Finding ways to show appreciation is always key and doing it a meaningful way such as this was so awesome. Thank you to everyone involved! by @israelwhit

Four months ago, our managing director @israelwhit and COO @reonedwards had the privilege to spend time with @brisbanebroncos head coach Michael Maguire.

Four months on and they’re @nrl premiership winners. Incredible season and what a finals run! 👊🏽

We’re so fortunate to have ALH Chairman @rob_fyfe_nz & friend of ALH @izzy_dagg with us at conference.

Thank you both for your time, insights and inspiration that was shared with the team.

The team is hungrier and more motivated than ever. Game on!
