My big sister, my best friend, my guide through everything.
Our fighter has truly turned into an angel now.
I know the heavens opened their doors to welcome you home, but down here, my heart is completely shattered.

I’ve been a part of your life for so long that I can’t even begin to wrap my mind around a reality where you’re gone.

How am I supposed to accept that there won't be any more of your random, quiet prayers or those deep counseling sessions when I need you most?

It breaks me knowing we won't get to take those birthday photos we planned, or capture the moment you finally held your baby in your tummy.

I’ve held my camera to almost every single high and low of your life, I was there to document your strength, your laughter, and your tears through every hard-fought victory.

But nothing in this world could have ever prepared me to see you placed in a coffin. It is so utterly heartbreaking, Bubu.

You used to tell me, "Whenever you come to my house, you make me cry."

Oh, my Bubune... you know I never, ever meant to make you cry. I just loved you so deeply. I will miss you with every piece of my heart, until we meet again big sister. taken in Sogakope by @isreal_delike
