Weymouth 🥇 🐕

Not sure where to start as i’m typing this. Saying thank you to everyone for making this past weekend so special doesn’t feel like it does it justice! Winning a 5th Weymouth title and going into the Hall of Fame is all down to the team and people around me! You know who you are so thank you for continuing to push me to be better in even some of the toughest situations both physically and mentally 🫶🏿

Weymouth you showed once again why you have the best event on tour! Every single helper, volunteer and member of staff truly makes this event the best out there and I am beyond grateful to have the opportunity to compete here and meet so many wonderful people! ❤️

Shoutout to @fbialokoz for balling all weekend and our strength coach @connorliftsstuff for doing a bit of everything like a Hybrid Rockstar does this weekend 🎸

AD | I’ve always been good at pushing my body and getting better at looking after it has taken a little more work 😅

Whether it’s a big game, a tough training session or a cold plunge i’m still trying to convince myself is a good idea 🥶 Recovery is a big part of being ready to go again ⚔️

I’ve been using the MDRN System as part of that routine both at home and on the road and really enjoying making time to properly reset 💆🏾‍♂️

Still competing however I can. Still learning about the game and myself. Still finding ways to come back stronger 💪🏿

A little behind the scenes from a few weeks back 👀🏐

The build-up to competition isn’t always about training harder, instead sometimes it’s about getting the small things right 🤝

Keeping the shoulders strong, putting in the work at the gym, and making sure I’m fuelling properly along the way 💪🏿🌱

A few of my favourite exercises, some plant-rich meals, and a little glimpse into what goes on away from the sand 🌯

Plenty of sweat, plenty of hummus wraps, and a reminder that it’s the little things done consistently that make the biggest difference 🤓

Grateful for the process and the people who are and have been part of it all 🙏🏿

Thought being a professional athlete might give me a chance here… 😂

Turns out challenging @tombosworth MBE to a race walk probably wasn’t my smartest idea 😅

Such a fun moment at the @sportinmind 100K Your Way event though 💛 Always good to see sport being used to bring people together and support mental health 🧠

Safe to say I’ll stick to beach volleyball 🏐

Trying to get more plants into my meals without turning every meal into a whole project 😂🌱

This one only took about 10 minutes, tasted unreal and actually kept me full with an extra portion to pack for the gym!

Exactly the kind of food I need when I’m training, working and don’t fancy spending an hour in the kitchen 😮‍💨

Simple, colourful and definitely going into the regular rotation 🤝 🌯

MEDITERRANEAN HUMMUS WRAP 🌯

INGREDIENTS
• 1 wholegrain wrap
• 2–3 tbsp hummus
• 80g chickpeas
• 1 handful spinach
• ¼ cucumber
• ½ carrot
• ½ red pepper
• ½ avocado
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• ½ lemon
• Salt + pepper to taste

Watching Alcaraz pull that one back in person was ridiculous 🔥 and a pretty good ending to the weekend with Team Europe bringing the trophy home! 🇪🇺🏆

A little more plants, still plenty of protein 🌱 🤝

I’ve been trying to bring more plant-rich meals into my routine around training but still keeping it simple, colourful and enjoyable to eat 😋

Safe to say this one’s staying in the rotation 👨🏿‍🍳😂

Save it and give it a go 👇🏿

🥣 Ingredients

Scrambled tofu:
• 1 block extra-firm tofu (14oz / ~400g)
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp cumin
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper

Black beans:
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 can black beans (15oz / ~400g), drained
• ½ tsp chilli powder
• ½ tsp cumin
• ¼ tsp salt

To finish:
• 1 avocado
• ¾ cup cherry tomatoes
• Pumpkin seeds
• Salsa
• Sliced spring onions
• Lime
• Smoked paprika
