I really thought the answer was just getting more clients 😅
But once I went solo, I realized making money and actually managing it are two completely different things.

Rent, products, fees, slow weeks… it all adds up fast.

1. You’re busy, but you can’t pay yourself consistently.
You have clients coming in, but after business costs are paid, there’s little left for you.

2. You don’t count everything your service costs.
Products, booking fees, card fees, and rent all take a piece of what you charge.

3. You need a full schedule just to keep up.
If one cancellation or a slower week makes it hard to cover your expenses, your prices may not be giving your business enough breathing room.
