𝒉𝒊 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒐𝒏𝒆! ⭐️ please read, it’ll be quick <3

My name is Issa and I’m a designer aspiring to make visuals for social justice. Right now, I have been working on a book and I need your help:

Currently untitled, I've been temporarily calling it the Pro-Palestinian Art Collection 🇵🇸. It is a collaboration of artists from all over central North America, from Chicago to Madison to Toronto (although I would love to stretch this reach!) who have all made beautiful work ❤️. The goal is to present to the world that we do not stand for our governments who have chosen to remain supportive of gxnocide. I’ve mocked up some spreads above and I’m working on more as I post this! I would love to make many more and one day print and publish this, but I need more content.

That’s where you come in !

I’m looking for quite literally ANYTHING:
-photographs
-written excerpts
-poster designs
-illustrations
-paintings
-poetry
-letters
-product design pitches for palestinians
-stories about palestine
-be a part of an interview (contact me for more info about this!)
-etc.

If you are interested, please DM me @issafdizon @issafdizon @issafdizon . There is nothing complicated about objecting the mistreatment of our brothers & sisters overseas ‼️ it’d be a beautiful thing to show everyone that you believe that by doing what you’re best at ! Thanks for reading ❤️

⭐️ INKTOBER DAY 8: STINKY

-

southeast asia is home to the largest flower on earth, the rafflesia. apparently it smells like “rotting c0rp5e.”

but i have a soft spot for it because in animal crossing: wild world, because if you don’t take good care of your town for a while, it grows in the center of it, amongst the plethora of weeds. it was just a personal sign that i’d come back after a long time to love the game again.

⭐️ INKTOBER DAY 7: PANIC

-

i don’t really like this prompt, but i did take the opportunity to make a nod to raina telgemeier’s “smile” comic, a graphic memoir when she busted out her front teeth in her childhood. i know it’s a kids book, but this story and “drama” are honestly such good reads and people miss out on great fiction just cause it’s for youth

⭐️ INKTOBER DAY 6: OGRE

-

this is a character from legend of zelda: twilight princess called king bublin, he freaked me out when my siblings and i first played this game because he was canonically a child ‘napper. he’s like one of the few ogres in fiction that really kind of scare me

but spoiler alert link k1//s him so 🤣🤣

⭐️ INKTOBER DAY 4: CACTUS

-

my baby cousins and siblings and i like to play this game called “the cowboy game” where we all play as 1–3 characters in a wild west setting. we have this ongoing story of our community vs a bandit gang, and we even have a reoccurring location of a saloon, where one of the few drinks they sell is cactus juice.

(to be a comic one day, hopefully)

-

⭐️ I suddenly have an abundance of public domain encyclopedia books from the 70s, and I wanted to get into the practice of collage work.

⭐️ a poem zine :) full flip-through at the end!

⭐️ “when i last saw you here by me” (2026)

“

“

⭐️ I think people are tired of hearing me mention this one great thing that I experienced recently—but I can’t help myself.

I have such a big heartache about it, I cut out words from some old Shakespeare books and images from Nat Geo magazines to make a whole mini zine about how much I miss it.

“Oh, to be loved to the point of invention.”

note: “ate,” pronounced (ah-teh), is the filipino word for “older sister.” it can also be used for other feminine figures in your life who are older than you/who require more respect. i.e. an older cousin.
