Every big party needs a photographer to capture all the special moments. Hosting gets so hectic that it’s hard to keep things rolling, mingle and be your own paparazzi📸

Thank you Darryl @dreamfocusphoto for always making sure we capture those special moments.

These drink stirrers stole the show! First time I’ve done these and what a hit! They add to your theme, can tell a story, or just add some fun! Definitely will do these again!
Of course, who else but Peg @balloonspixie to create them so perfectly!

When your venue just gets it! Working with Patty @sliceweston was truly a pleasure. She makes sure your event is seamless and her staff was friendly, attentive and very professional. This was the second party I hosted here and I’ve attended several others there as well; needless to say, it won’t be the last!

Let’s not forget about the cake! What’s a celebration without one?! Every detail here complimented our backdrop and motorcycle and emblem motif. AND it tasted as good as it looks!

Setting the theme, describing the person we are celebrating is always one of my top priorities. Decorations have to have meaning, tell a story, describe the person, especially when it’s a milestone birthday like this one.

Peg @balloonspixie just gets it! As we work together, party after party, each event she just amazes me with her talent and her commitment to making every detail I send her come to life. Customization at its finest. 🏍️ taken in Slice Weston by @issaparties

Disappeared for a while; was planning a very special 60th Birthday. It all starts with the invitations, reminders and small details, set the tone, set the vibe, set the atmosphere. As a host or hostess to your party, you control how you want your party to turn out. Needless to say, a good time was had by all. 🥃

Dessert tables should be festive… but also practical.

For this New Year’s Eve party, everything was bite-sized and grab & go
so guests could snack, mingle, and keep the party moving ✨

No plates. No sitting down. No interruptions.

Just:
• Mini desserts
• Easy to grab pieces
• A festive setup that doubled as décor

Because the best parties flow…
and no one wants to miss a moment stuck at a table.

S’mores on a stick, Oreos, cookies all from the one and only @wickedly_whipped_desserts_fl

There’s nothing more iconic than the New Year’s Eve countdown…

So we made it part of the décor ✨

Instead of just watching the clock hit midnight,
we brought the countdown into the space with numbered balloons —
turning a moment into a full experience.

From 10… all the way down to 1… 🖤

It became a focal point, a photo moment, and something guests actually interacted with.

Because the best parties don’t just look good…
they create moments people remember.

How CUTE is this idea??? Instead of a big bowl of salad, we made individual ones in mini martini glasses; definitely makes things a little more festive.
We did the same with mini meatball appetizers sprinkle with fresh Parmesan. Sometimes it’s not about spending more money, it’s just about presenting things differently.

One of the best decisions for this party was bringing in someone to make fresh pizza on site. Delizioso! 🍕🇮🇹

It wasn’t just food… it became part of the entertainment.
Guests stood around, watched the pizzas being made, talked, laughed, and it became an experience — not just dinner.

If you’re hosting at home and want to make the party feel special without tons of decor, bring in a food experience:
• Pizza chef
• Hibachi chef
• Taco bar
• Pasta station
• Oyster shucker
• Paella station

People always remember the experience more than anything else. taken in Weston Hills by @issaparties

Table decor doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive to make a big impact — it just needs to be thoughtful and on theme.

For this Wine & Pizza night, we kept it simple:
• Italian color tablecloth (red, white, green)
• Wine bottles as centerpieces
• Corks for a wine theme touch
• Simple flowers for color
• Napkins to tie in the theme
• Lights at night to change the whole mood

And just some imagination…. Birthday girl happened to be Chloe, so I used some “CHLOE” wine to give it a personalized touch.

Sometimes it’s not about more decorations — it’s about the right detail
