If your hair feels dry, frizzy, and in need of moisture, try this nourishing hair mask with some ingredients from home ☺️

Here’s how to make it:
1️⃣Blend together:
- 1 banana
- half of 1 aloe vera gel
- half of 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 2 tbsp of mayonnasie
2️⃣Apply the mask from mid-lengths to the ends of the hair
3️⃣Leave it on for 30 to 45 mins, rinse with cool water, then shampoo + condition hair as usual
4️⃣Use this hair mask once a week for dry/frizzy hair or for damagaed dry brittle hair apply the mask twice a week

I really don’t know what to say other than that I am thankful. I am very thankful for the family that I have. I feel very grateful to be able to reach this age and learn so much about myself. The year didn’t start how I would have wanted. It broke me down in the worst ways but it pushed me to truly work on myself and everything that I desire. I was able to do already things that I’ve been dying to do. But fear was always in my way. I try remind myself everyday that I am enough, I am worthy, I am strong, I am confident, that I am me and it’s okay. I choose to fill my days with more joy, gratitude, and meaningful connections. I reflect on the lessons learned, the challenges faced, and the achievements celebrated. Each year brings new opportunities for growth, and I am excited for what lies ahead of me
