Nike Melbourne Marathon Event ✅

Set a goal of under an hour and achieved it on the 10km course ran it in 54:21 which just reminded me when you show up put in work things happen! This was a personal best for me and one of the first goals ticked off the list!

Not the fastest out there by any means but that doesn’t matter when you’re only up against yourself!!
Celebrate your wins big and small!!

Big up the @west.trot boys on and off the track putting in the work and pushing everyone to go harder🏃‍♂️🔥 by @isthatcreation

Was gonna post a story but I thought after what happened felt like sharing as a reminder to anyone out there

First things first my boy is absolutely fine. He’s sweet, laughing and back to his usual self but all I can think about is the what ifs

I was making toast while my 9 month old was crawling around my feet on a clean floor I thought he’s sweet! In the blink of an eye, he picked up a piece of plastic little bigger than a 5cent coin that had been stuck to our kitchen wall since before we moved nearly 2 years ago it’s about my eye level and it it’s lost it’s sticky grip and came off the wall he put it in his mouth and started choking

Something so small something we hadn’t even thought twice about could have changed everything forever
First aid training kicked in and if you haven’t done it I couldn’t recommend it more after today

Man we can baby proof our houses and do everything we think is right, but sometimes things happen that we never could never have seen coming and that’s what happened to us

Take a minute n look around your house check those little things you might never have thought twice about, because you never know

Today was a reminder of how quickly everything can change

Thank God my boy is okay ♥️ by @isthatcreation

Sitting down with Katija chatting about the decisions that led me to tackle my first tour completely sober!

This is something that, to me was a huge step forward in my growth as an artist but more importantly as a person by @isthatcreation
