It’s Breast Cancer awareness month! I’ll be walking with NYU on Sunday Oct 18th in Central Park and would love for you to join me if you’re available. 💗💗💗
Last October I was mad at the world, going through the hardest part of my journey and honestly was not ready to participate in anything. This year, I’ve completed so many milestones, and I’m ready to celebrate, raise awareness, and also give the biggest thanks to my community that surrounded me during this journey.

I had a timmmmmeee. I wouldn’t want to be from any other city, New York is the best, New Yorkers are the best. Jay Z made up for having us trapped in a stadium for 3 1/2 hours (wild). I feel like everything I post will always be dedicated to my friends. Shout out to @kc_browne for inviting me to her aunts party a few weeks after my surgery in Feb. She knew I would be moving and grooving by the time May came around. If you would have told me I’d be dancing and moving my arms by May, I would have laughed. I’m so glad that we officially decided to be besties many years ago 😂. It’s always an adventure with you and I’m so grateful to be back dancing around town with you ❤️ by @isthatfendi

My Meesha. You were one of the first people I told when I found my lump. You came with me to my first appointment, laptop in hand to take every note. You came with me to my first chemo appointment, and I was so happy to have you come to my LAST radiation appointment. When my hair began to fall out, you stayed on FT with me until I removed the last strands. You made a PowerPoint for me before surgery with all the best practices and what to expect. You fought with me to get a shower chair (🙄) when I no longer had the energy to stand (I bought an aesthetic one eventually). You were the communication hub for my community, and the go to if any one had any questions about my care. You managed my calendar and sign up sheet for everyone who came with me to my chemo appointments. In the middle of this, life handed you the worst cards and I expected you to take time for yourself and family. Instead, you never left my side. You stayed by my bedside when I came home from surgery and watched me until I fell asleep. I could always count on you to FaceTime me as soon as I got home from chemo to make sure everything went well. You’re my sister and my love for you runs deeper than an ocean. I can’t put into words how blessed I am to have you in my life. ❤️ by @isthatfendi

This video is for my village. Cancer was not on my bingo card for 2025 and my family and friends never hesitated to protect me, care for me , and guide me through this terrifying and hard journey. There are plenty of smiles in this video because they keep me smiling. They keep me going, they never let me take one step alone, ever. They wrapped me in prayers and an abundance of love. Thank you for every FaceTime, every call, and text, thank you for sitting with me through my chemo appointments, thank you for feeding me when I couldn’t feed myself, thank you for wiping me down when I couldn’t do it myself. Thank for celebrating me when I didn’t have it in me. Thank for the care packages, meals and flowers. Thank you for keeping a strong face even though I knew this was just as hard for you. Thank you for reminding me that I would make it through whenever I had doubts. Thank you for driving me to my appointments and flying/driving to NY to care for me. As I recover from surgery I’m so fulfilled and I feel so loved that there’s no words that I can type that could describe it fully. This birthday is extra special because I’m here, I’m a cancer survivor. The journey is not over but I’ve made it through the hardest part. I feel the prayers everyday. Tiffany Sha’Carri Jr. 😂😂 I ran my first race! I’m so proud of myself. If you told me a few months ago that I would be running , I would have laughed 😂.
