Sharing movement outside the studio 🌱 Sky as the ceiling, Mt. Mayon as the backdrop 🥰 Our first outdoor Mat Pilates was blessed with a perfect Mt. Mayon and the cool sea breeze 🧘🏻‍♀️ #albay #studioverdepilates #legazpi #pilates #matpilates by @isuperabby
Tanned skin, sandy feet, and far away from the noise. Just here, wonderfully unbothered. Celebrating life as it should be. 🐚🏝️ Thank you, Lord for another wonderful year. ☝🏻 by @isuperabby

Certified to teach ✅ 7 months in the making, along with multiple trips to Manila, Bulacan, and Bacolod just to finish 120 hours post training prerequisites, was really a test of will power. 🥹 The practical exam was also a tough one – took me 5 hours instead of 3, (2pm-7pm) 😭 I was literally crying inside. Still bruised how squeezed my brain cells were, pigang piga to the bones. But all of these challenges has a purpose, to deliver quality pilates sessions where movement is intentionally felt. Forever grateful to all my mentors especially Sir Ole, Sir Mark, for the patience and inputs during my exam, Miss Tin, Ivy as my patient mock client, and of course, my ever supporter in everything, Jaymar. 🥹❤️ To the next level and To God be the glory! 🙏🏻🌱 by @isuperabby
