Hard to believe NYCC is already behind us.

Here's another first time collab: @hannahh.beemer as Psylocke

One of my favorite things about cons is meeting new people, and I met so many this year. Can't wait to show you more! taken in New York, New York by @it.is.cosplay

We know corporations are people.

And solyent green is people.

But did you know that comic con is also people?

I made it my goal this year to connect, to make new friends, to shoot new cosplayers, and to strike up conversations with whoever was standing nearby.

It was a success.

Thank you, people, for making this a very special comic con 🥹

I ran out of tags, but I know who you are. (Unless you dressed as an anime character. Then I don't know who you are.) taken in New York Comic Con by @it.is.cosplay

Intern by day. Superhero by night! Actually, I fight crime by day, too. And I also intern by night - you get the idea.

@minkiepiecos as Buggy the Star Clown

Another NYCC done! Thank you everyone who shot with me. It's always such a privilege to meet new people, work with old friends, and create something together.

I recently learned the term "life picture", meaning those pictures that help to define your life that you can keep always. They last longer than the 24hr story and the general emphemeral nature of social media. They might trigger nostalgia, involuntary memories or feelings, or simply become a part of your canon. I love trying to make these with cosplayers.

Can't wait to share more pictures I took last weekend. I was only there Friday and Saturday, but took some of my favorite photos ever! taken in New York Comic Con by @it.is.cosplay
