Sometimes God won’t show you the progress because He’s developing the faith required to keep going without seeing the results.

Keep showing up. Keep believing. Keep doing the work.

Another reason I keep saying: get in the room. 🤝🏾✨

Celebrating Sessions Lending Group and another year of growth right here in Downtown Dayton! 🏡

This Black-owned, locally owned business is helping individuals, families and entrepreneurs think beyond the transaction, toward ownership, opportunity and generational wealth.

Mindset + mortgages. 🧠🏾🏡💰

I love seeing businesses grow, invest back into Dayton and create more access to the information and resources our community needs to build.

Congratulations to the entire Sessions Lending Group team! 🎉

🚨 RATES JUST DROPPED! 🚨

If you’ve looked at buying a home, refinancing, investing, or simply thought your payment was too high, NOW is the time to revisit your options.

A rate change can impact:
✅ Monthly Payment
✅ Purchasing Power
✅ Cash-to-Close
✅ Investment Property Cash Flow

Don’t assume the numbers are the same as they were a few weeks ago.

📲 Message me “NUMBERS” and I’ll run a free mortgage review for you.

🍀 Everybody talking about luck today…
But let’s be real…

There’s NOTHING lucky about getting the right home.

It takes:
✔ Strategy
✔ Guidance
✔ The right loan structure
✔ And someone in your corner who actually knows what they’re doing

That’s where I come in.

I don’t just help people get approved…
I help people build legacy through real estate.

This St. Patrick’s Day, don’t leave your future up to luck.

📲 Let’s get you pre-approved the RIGHT way.
